The Monterey Bay Aquarium has Seafood Pocket Guides that you can either download or order. They cover six different regions and include categories like Best Choices, Good Alternatives, and what to Avoid along with information you need to know.

Your Choices Matter
I'm a Master Naturalist and an outdoor enthusiast -- mostly kayaking, and I live on a Peninsula in the Chesapeake Bay.
